| Product description | The publication contains Czech names of all independent and internationally recognised states, arranged alphabetically by continent in the following order: Europe, Asia, Africa, North America, South America, Australia and Oceania, and Antarctica. The names of their territorial parts are also included. The names are also given in the official languages of the respective states and in the scripts used by those languages. Non-Latin scripts used for a given language are also transcribed into the Latin alphabet according to internationally valid rules. Each name is localised by the geographical coordinates of the capital city or seat. The list is supplemented by names of capital cities of states and administrative units with the geographical coordinates of those settlements. The supplementary information includes a list of languages, their abbreviations used in the text and international codes, a romanisation table, and a list of member states of the European Union and the Schengen Agreement. The printed publication is available for 120 CZK, ISBN 978-80-88197-26-3. The publication is also available in electronic form in PDF format (more suitable for searching) for 30 CZK, PDF-A, ISBN 978-80-88197-25-6. | |
